“Body Weight Beast” is a more advanced program of the eponymous basic program that can be used by more experienced exercisers or those who have completed the basic program. If you want to improve your shape and gain muscle mass, this is the right program for you. The program consists of basic exercises. You can workout in the park, yard or your favorite location in nature. It is great when you are on the road and does not require additional use of props. The program lasts a month and includes three training sessions a week.
