This is both fun and active training program for you and your child. Generally, you will not need props, except for some parts of the program where you will only need a ball, or a stability ball.

The program we have prepared will help your children have a good posture, develop speed, balance, agility and much more.

You can do the training every other day, and as time goes by and your child does these exercises regularly, you can increase the number of repetitions.

If you think that your child is physically not active enough and spends too much time playing games and watching cartoons, and you do not have time to take them to training due to business and other obligations, this is the perfect program for you.

All exercises were recorded under the expert supervision of licensed trainers. We do not recommend that children perform these exercises on their own, but in the presence of their parents.
