“The Infinity Challenge” is a home fitness program that lasts 4 weeks.
Each workout is tailored to the home conditions and meeting needs of those who want to stay in good shape, even without going to the gym and using the equipment.
In three weeks, you will be lifting your form, through rounds that are gradually increasing. At the end of the program, in the fourth week, you need to do infinity home challenge, as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes and thus check your form after this program.
