The split system is a weight training program that divides workouts by body parts. This method enables more intensive training for a certain group, with additional days of recovery. The planned number of trainings is 5 times a week and is divided into groups:

– Chest and abs
– Back and forearms
– Legs (quadriceps, hindquarters and leaves)
– Shoulders, trapeze and abs
– Arms (biceps and triceps)

Ideal for people who do not have much time for training. Repetitions range from 5 to 12 depending on the work week. The program is made as a continuation of the eponymous basic program Body Building Split System and will further motivate you and improve your form.
